Mode Search is supporting a globally recognised luxury fashion house in the search for an experienced Store Manager to lead their boutique in Oxfordshire. This is a key leadership role for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences within the luxury sector.
The position is based full-time onsite position. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the store and play a critical role in delivering commercial success, operational excellence, and team leadership.
The Role
1. Lead all aspects of the store’s operations to ensure an exceptional customer journey and premium brand experience.
2. Drive commercial results by setting clear sales targets, analysing business performance, and implementing strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
3. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
4. Ensure the store consistently meets visual merchandising and operational standards in line with brand guidelines.
5. Cultivate a client-first culture that prioritises personalised service and long-term client relationships.
6. Manage stock levels, inventory control, and store replenishment to maximise product availability and sell-through.
