Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager, this role plays a key part in strengthening our culture, boosting engagement, and supporting business transformation through effective internal and external communications.
What you’ll be doing
* Creating insight‑led internal engagement campaigns that connect business priorities with what matters to employees
* Turning strategy and business updates into clear, human stories that resonate across diverse global audiences
* Developing and maintaining practical internal messaging guidelines to ensure a consistent voice across regions
* Supporting employee and customer‑facing transformation communications in partnership with senior stakeholders
* Helping modernise our internal communication channels to better reach and engage a global workforce
* Supporting the planning and delivery of quarterly Global Town Halls
* Partnering with Brand and functional teams to ensure alignment with DwyerOmega’s corporate identity
* Creating written, visual, and multimedia content across a range of formats
* Exploring and applying AI and digital tools to improve the impact and efficiency of communications
What we’re looking for
* 3+ years’ experience in corporate communications, internal communications, employee engagement, or a related field
* Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
* Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels across regions
* Experience with internal communications platforms, digital tools, and Microsoft Office
* Strong capability managing multimedia workflows from concept through delivery
* Understanding of diverse employee audiences, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment
* Experience briefing and managing creative teams, freelancers, and agencies
* A self‑motivated, organised, and collaborative approach
