Role Overview
As our Senior Developer, reporting directly to the CTO, you will be responsible for helping to architect and build the product. This key role requires an experienced full-stack senior developer with experience using PHP, Laravel & Vue.js. You will be instrumental in making Complyfirst’s solutions effective and scalable.
You will:
* Build and Scale: Architect, develop, and maintain high performance, secure applications using Python and modern frameworks.
* Drive AI/ML Innovation: Design and integrate AI/ML solutions that enhance compliance automation.
* Collaborate Across the Stack: Collaborate in developing sleek user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
* Lead Technically: Set and uphold high standards in code quality, security, and performance while shaping our technical roadmap.
* Collaborate across teams: Work closely with founders, engineers, and designers to turn innovative ideas into real-world solutions.
* Stay Ahead: Continuously research the latest technological trends - especially in AI and machine learning - and drive adoption where impactful.
* Take Ownership: Operate with autonomy, take full responsibility for your work, and play a key role in engineering excellence.
Your profile
* Top 1% Talent – We’re looking for the top 1%. You’re exceptionally smart, driven, and ambitious.
* 4+ Years of Experience in professional software development, with expertise in PHP, Laravel & Vue.js.. Experience with Python and AI/ML is a plus.
