Long term freelance opportunity for a Design Manager in London paying a competitive day rate. A Design Manager opportunity to work with a well known developer working on 2 large residential projects. Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a main contractor in their search for a Design Manager to join their design team. This is an opportunity to be based on site. As Design Manager, you will benefit from working with the existing technical team and have full support from a Design Director. Our client works on large schemes usually 450 unit For this role you must have either main contracting within residential or developer experience, have worked on new build residential projects.
