Resource Planning Manager/PMO Management
Solihull – hybrid
£50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus, Car and Private Health
Outsource UK is looking to recruit a Resource Planning Manager with a strong background in PMO to work for an international consultancy client on a permanent basis in Solihull.
You’ll play a crucial role in powering the success of projects, bids, and strategic initiatives across the UK and Europe. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead the optimisation of resource capacity, ensuring people and infrastructure are aligned with the clients goals.
You’ll combine strategic insight with data-driven decision-making to drive efficiency and enable effective delivery across the organisation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure the right resources are in the right place at the right time as well asmanaging and developing the PMO team which is a team of 5, ranging from a PMO specialist to PMO analysts
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in resource and capacity planning
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
* Stakeholder Management/Engagement
* Proficient in data analysis tools particularly Excel.
* Experience supporting recruitment planning and collaborating with hiring managers or agencies (desirable).
* Familiarity with IT infrastructure and technology resource planning (desirable).
* Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks (advantageous).
