Personal Advisor – Leaving Care Team (Sefton) 36 hours per week | Initial 16-week contract | Potential for extension About the Role We are seeking a committed and experienced Personal Advisor to join the Leaving Care Team in Sefton. This role involves providing high-quality support to young people as they transition from care to independent living, ensuring they have the guidance, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive.
