* Work with Proposal Manager and bid lead(s) to coordinate the bid process and the submission to ensure compliance.
* Track activities, with clear milestones and deadlines to deliver high-quality documents for electronic uploading (or printing if required), including executive summaries and any related presentation material.
* Work with the Proposal Manager and subject matter experts to develop, write and edit high-quality, well-structured material and responses that addresses client needs and wants, articulates win themes and responds to the scoring criteria. Ensure completion of narrative meet the required internal and external deadlines at every stage in the bid process.
* Work with writers and graphic designers to ensure documents are clearly laid out, well-structured and consistent and that key messages are notable. Work with graphic designer to implement design brief/templates and to produce compelling graphics that enhance the response.
* Maintain both internal and external documentation throughout the bid period and undertake duties such as organising sessions and meetings, distributing requisite documentation, managing client information via web portals, uploading tender queries and distributing tender amendments and query responses as required.
* Collate and/or prepare PQQ and tender response information, such as case studies, CVs and project information - conduct research from a wide range of sources. Contribute to updates and continual improvement of the BD reference library.
* Undertake formatting, collating and distribution of PQQs and bids, including uploading of electronic responses or printing of hardcopies. Liaise with photographers, animators, and external print agencies, as required.
* Share knowledge and best practice across the business. Capture lessons learnt – identify issues blocking success, share learning, make necessary changes and avoid any mistakes are repeated
Proven experience of:
* Coordinating/Leading the bid process.
* Using Microsoft suite of Office programmes; including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
* Meeting and working with bid contributors.
* Active involvement in client team meetings
* Reviewing and assessing bid enquiries.
* Creating and writing effective bid submissions
Professional Skills & Qualifications:
* Working towards or a member of a relevant professional body.
* Appropriate CSCS card.
* Full UK driving licence.
