Your new role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support classroom activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.
* Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional support.
* Assist with the planning and delivery of lessons.
* Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to meet the individual needs of students.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience working with students in an educational setting.
* A passion for supporting the learning and development of children.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational environment.
