Your Role:
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will generate and book valuations, conduct market appraisals/valuations, carry out property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximize the income and profitability of your branch.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in estate agency roles such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator, or Estate Agent. Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment. Exceptional customer service skills. Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hold a Full UK driving license.
