What you’ll be doing:
* Implementing SharePoint-based document and records management solutions for external customers
* Supporting clients from initial requirements gathering through to configuration, deployment, and training
* Customising M365 solutions to meet specific business needs using out-of-the-box capabilities
* Collaborating with the internal product and delivery teams to ensure successful rollouts
* Providing technical advice and best-practice guidance to help customers get the most out of SharePoint
* Supporting documentation, configuration, and post-implementation handover to customers
What you’ll bring to the table:
* Proven experience working with SharePoint Online in a customer-facing or consultancy role
* Strong knowledge of document management, records retention, and Microsoft 365 configuration
* Excellent communication skills, confident with both technical teams and business users
* Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple customer implementations at once
* Bonus points for experience with Power Automate, Teams, or wider Microsoft 365 tools
* Even more bonus points if you’ve worked with a Microsoft Partner or delivered product-based solutions before
