Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)- You must be a fully qualified teacher in the UK.
* A strong understanding of the English National Curriculum.
* The ability to explain complex ideas in simple, exciting ways.
* Good at planning ahead and meeting deadlines.
* Experience in managing classroom behaviour effectively.
Key Duties:
* Teaching: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students aged 11-16 (Key Stage 3 & 4).
* Inspiration: Help students develop a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking.
* Assessment: Mark work and provide helpful feedback to help students improve.
* Support: Help students prepare for their GCSE exams.
* Environment: Maintain a positive, safe, and productive classroom.
