Your Role
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our operations run safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out daily vehicle checks to ensure your vehicle is safe and roadworthy
* Arriving on time and communicating effectively with the traffic office if any issues arise
* Following company procedures, customer requirements and the Highway Code
* Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times
* Completing all deliveries and collections as scheduled
* Complying with EU tachograph and Working Time Directive regulations
* Keeping your vehicle clean, tidy and well maintained
✅ What We’re Looking For
* A valid LGV C+E (Class 1) licence
* Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
* Digital tachograph card
* Strong communication skills
* A reliable, professional and positive attitude
