Your Mission Take interim operational control across multiple recreation sites to stabilise and improve performance. Conduct a comprehensive review of facilities, operations, workforce, and financial performance. Identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement revenue-growth initiatives. Develop and present a strategic business plan for sustainable long-term operations. Integrate wellbeing and community engagement outcomes into the transformation strategy.
