Experienced Care Assistants required for immediate start roles in the Shirebrook Area of Mansfield.
Overview
The Care Home provides a short-term residential care setting that can accommodate 39 residents with illnesses related to old age. You will work alongside the established team of carers in providing an individualized plan of care, taking into account each resident’s personal health needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As an experienced Care Assistant, you will follow individual care plans, complete paperwork, report issues to senior staff, and assist with residents’ activities of daily living, including personal care. You may be expected to work one-to-one with some residents at times, enhancing their quality of life.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 months experience in a care environment
* DBS dated within the last 12 months, or payment for one by the facility
* All relevant mandatory training up-to-date
Working hours & Pay
You will be working on Saturdays and Sundays from 07:00 to 14:15.
Rate of pay is £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.33 per hour after 13 weeks.
