Responsibilities
* Create high‑quality, SEO‑optimised content: product descriptions, blog posts, social media captions, and email copy.
* Manage and execute daily social media posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
* Work closely with the Senior Brand Creative and Communications Manager on creative projects, ensuring timely delivery.
* Monitor competitor activity, partnerships, and activations to identify opportunities to enhance content performance and ensure Phase Eight delivers relevant and commercially viable content.
* Collaborate with other departments—design, marketing, and e‑commerce—to guarantee seamless content delivery.
* Follow application guidelines: attach CV or work samples, name the file with your name (e.g., "joe_bloggs_cv.docx"), keep the file under 4 MB, and use one of the allowed types (txt, pdf, doc, docx, rtf, jpg, jpeg, png).
Qualifications
* Proficient in social media management.
* Strong knowledge of current fashion trends.
* Highly organized.
* Capable of working under tight deadlines.
* Excellent writing, editing and time‑management skills.
