Our manufacturing Client on the outskirts of Dartford is seeking aProduction Team Leader, the role is offered as a full time, permanent position.The role is leading an experienced production team of around 40 staff in two departments, assembly and testing.
The role
* The Team Leader must be goal driven and ensure that all production expectations and demands are met and ensure customer needs are achieved in an on time manner.
* Responsible for daily production and planning in their area.
* Organise production teams.
* Provide leadership and direction to the production teams.
* Good communication skills verbal and electronic (Email and Teams).
* Must be able to Multitask.
* The Production Team Leader must be able to communicate with other department heads and must ensure that all policy and procedures are being adhered to.
* Must be hands on and be able to support team members.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* 3 years’ experience in managing a team in manufacturing – ideally electronics
* Good level of education
