Your role will include:
1. Working closely with the Maintenance Manager or nominated colleague to ensure that our residents live in a safe and well-maintained environment.
2. Carrying out regular safety checks and servicing on all equipment, with accurate record-keeping.
3. Communicating effectively with the Home Manager and Residents.
4. Performing basic plumbing and electrical maintenance.
5. Clearing and cleaning general areas.
6. Assembling furniture.
7. Painting and decorating.
This position requires on-call duties.
You must have excellent communication skills with Managers, Colleagues, Residents, and Visitors.
