Job Role
Davyhulme is one of our new purpose built, state of the artresidential homesin South Manchestersupporting 5adults with autism and learning disabilities to be independent and achieve their own individual outcomes.
As part of a support team you will be responsible for assisting themin their transitioninto their new home.You will get to know each of the people that we support and find out their interests and likeable activities, to create fulfilmentof each day. Each day will be completely different, but you will be there to guide them through all of life's milestones and challenges.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will be leading the team whilst you are on shift, acting as a role model to deliver the highest standards of care. You will develop strong relationships with the team and the people we support to ensure the best possible outcomes...
