About the Role
Our longstanding client is seeking a friendly, professional, and organised receptionist to join their busy London office. This is a key front-of-house role, working closely within the wider Facilities team and acting as the first point of contact for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact for internal staff and external guests
* Managing meeting room bookings, including video and conference facilities
* Arranging refreshments, taxis, couriers and other ad-hoc requests
* Answering and directing telephone calls in a professional manner, taking clear and accurate messages
* Liaising with colleagues at all levels to answer queries and provide effective solutions
* Undertaking training and responsibilities as a Fire Warden and First Aider
Skills and Experience
1. Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role within a fast-paced environment (preferred)
2. Excellent telephone manner and clear communication skills
3. Highly organised with strong attention to detail
4. Calm and professional under pressure
