Hybrid working – 3 days on site, 2 days wfh with travel between two sites (Manchester and South Yorkshire)
Salary up to £80k plus £6k car allowance.
Medlock Partners have partnered with a successful and profitable business on a Head of HR opportunity to lead a small team and drive the People Agenda.
The successful person will support the Chief People Officer to lead and direct the HR team, develop and execute the organisation's people strategy, which includes talent acquisition, retention, development, and engagement. Collaborate closely senior leaders to create a high-performance culture that enables the organisation to achieve its strategic goals.
**Experience of Logistics or Warehousing is essential for this role**
