ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive quality care and support. You will assist with daily living, providing support, companionship, and sharing memorable moments. Every day is varied and rewarding. Duties include supporting residents with food and drink, following care plans, and ensuring one‑to‑one time with each resident.
ABOUT YOU
