Overview
Are you a great communicator with a solution focused mindset? Do you have experience working within a credit control or similar environment? If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Credit Risk team as a Credit Customer Recoveries Advisor.
Responsibilities
* Work with customers who have not made their bill payments, taking incoming calls and making outbound calls to agree a payment plan.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure customer records are kept up to date.
* Complete queries within agreed SLA's.

* Ability to interpret sometimes complex data and multi-task.
* Resilience and professionalism under challenging situations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
