Duties of the Car Sales Manager:
9. Lead and motivate the used car sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
10. Manage daily operations of the dealership ensuring high standards of customer service
11. Oversee the entire sales process from vehicle sourcing to delivery
12. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers
13. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement
14. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and dealership compliance
15. Manage financial targets and ensure departmental profitability
Requirements of the Car Sales Manager:
16. Proven experience as a Sales Manager, ideally within a franchised dealership or used car sales environment
