Main duties of the job
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets, networking within the local community to raise the profile of the care home and generate new enquiries, supporting local and wider marketing activities, and identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance. The role requires proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, as well as strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and a self-motivated, target-driven approach.

Requirements
* Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
* Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
* Be self-motivated and target driven
* Have interpersonal and professional qualities
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
* Full UK driving licence
Role Duties
* Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner
* Responsible for all sales activity for the home
* Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home
* Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements
* Respond to sales enquiries
* Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities
* Maintain a contacts database

Qualifications
* The ideal candidate will have proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector, as well as the ability to analyze data on Salesforce or similar CRM applications. They should be self-motivated, target-driven, and have strong interpersonal and professional qualities, as well as be a confident user of Microsoft Office.
