About the Role:
Hays Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in the Sheffield area. This role involves working closely with Key Stage 2 students, supporting their learning and development in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensure their inclusion in all activities.
Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.Requirements:
Qualified Teaching Assistant with relevant certifications.
Experience working with Key Stage 2 students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A passion for education and a commitment to student development.
