Our brand-new client, based in Northampton is seeking an experienced Directors’ PA to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
In this new position for the company, as Directors’ PA, you will be responsible for supporting two senior directors with diary management, setting meeting agendas, note taking in meetings, preparing reports, quotations and presentations, email management, travel arranging, supporting with HRadministration to include writing up 121’s, arranging interviews, preparing contracts of employment, setting up new starters, referencing and other related supporting duties.
To be considered for the role of Directors’ PA, you will be highly confidential, have a professional approach to your role at all times, you will have previous and recent experience supporting a Director / Directors as a PA, strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, excellent problem solving skills and a real right hand person approach to your Directors’.
In return, for the role of Directors’ PA, they are offering a salary of £32,000 - £35,000 depending on level of experience, bonus sharing scheme, pension, on-site parking, 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, free tea &coffee.
