Job Description
Deliver and supervise effective administrative support to all employees within the school/ECC, and assist in providing efficient front-line service to service users. This role aims to promote, deliver, and integrate the Council's key objectives, specifically related to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement, and Best Value.
Requirements
The duties involve regulated work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will need to become a PVG Scheme member for Regulated Work with these groups or be subject to a PVG Scheme Record Update before a formal offer is made. PVG records are constantly updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed with the applicant prior to employment.

The Individual
This is a temporary, part-time, term-time position based within Cairns Early Childhood Centre, until 19 December 2025. The hours are 25 per week, Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The full-time salary ranges from £25,953 to £27,173 per annum, with the part-time, term-time salary between £15,899 and £16,647 per annum.
