About the role: My client is a unique and well-established events and conferencing business, looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join their commercial team.
This is a highly proactive, sales-led role focused on winning new business, not account management.
Youll be responsible for building your own pipeline, generating opportunities through outreach and networking, and driving revenue. There is also an element of supporting and guiding a small team.
About you: 5+ years in B2B sales / business development
Strong new business focus with a proven track record
Confident, commercial and target-driven
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment
Open on background hospitality is not essential
Candidates from luxury, property, private aviation, financial or other high-end sales environments are encouraged to apply
