Team Leader Adult Day Services (Farm) Location: Co. Down Salary: £29,577 per annum (dependent on qualifications & experience) Hours: 40 per week, Mon-Fri 9-5 Contract: Permanent We're seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Adult Day Services. This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours of concern through meaningful daily activities, including farm-based work in a therapeutic outdoor environment. You will play a key role in leading and mentoring staff, ensuring person-centred support, and maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance.
