RNLD/RMN Clinical Lead
Thornbury Community Services (Part of Acacium Group)
Field-based role with frequent travel across York, Leeds, Bradford, and surrounding areas
Permanent, Full Time, Monday-Friday
Salary: £42,000-£45,000 DOE + 5% annual bonus + £3,000 car allowance
We have a new opportunity in our Learning Disability, Autism, and Mental Health service to appoint a Clinical Lead, responsible for a caseload of services across your region to ensure quality care.
Your responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing services, maintaining care plans, risk assessments, and protocols. You will train, coach, and develop staff teams to ensure consistency and quality of care, working closely with families, operations, recruitment, and compliance teams to safeguard clients and staff.

Daily Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary nurse for clients, observing behaviors, applying positive behavior support techniques, and developing personalized care plans to improve behavior and reduce challenges.
* Conduct supervisions and annual appraisals.
* Provide clinical guidance to caregivers, ensuring proper restraint techniques and adherence to care plans.
* Complete daily records, including incident reports, and handle investigations as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
* RNLD or RMN registration, band 6 or equivalent.
* Experience working with behaviors that challenge.
* Resilient with excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
* Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
