Learning & Development Manager | London
We're on the lookout for a Learning & Development Manager to join a well-known hospitality group's People Team. This role is about helping people grow, shaping careers, and creating a supportive culture.
What the role involves
* Identifying training needs and designing effective programmes.
* Implementing and maintaining a new company-wide learning platform.
* Managing induction and post-induction training for new starters.
* Supporting training during new restaurant openings and across the group.
* Collaborating with leaders to develop tailored growth plans.
* Supporting and developing a small training team.
What we're looking for
* Experience in L&D within hospitality, ideally across multiple sites.
* Comfort with learning systems and content creation, enthusiasm for digital learning.
* A coach and role model who leads with integrity.
* Organised, curious, and up-to-date with L&D trends.
* Training qualification or CIPD membership is a plus, but not essential.
