Deputy Manager
We are seeking a driven Deputy Manager who can inspire and empower their team to deliver outstanding guest experiences at Popworld & Fleet. If you enjoy motivating others, driving performance, and making a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide clear guidance, encouragement, and support to help the team grow.
2. Support the General Manager in creating and executing our vision.
3. Maintain consistency in standards and procedures.
4. Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.
