The Role
:
1. Monitor and review customer trading and regional performance to identify cross and up selling opportunities to meet regional development plans
2. Respond quickly to all in-coming sales enquires and follow through within agreed customer time frames
3. Ensure all quotations raised are accurate and according to agreed pricing structure and margins specified
4. Answer phones and deal with enquiries as per our procedures
5. Able to plan own proactive work schedule to meet customers or AM’s deadlines
6. Polite with excellent persuasive communication and networking skills
7. To create new accounts on CRM database
8. Assist with install, servicing, repair, or any ad hoc queries on our Aeromark System
9. Create, maintain and update database of customers (in line with GDPR) with complete information and emails, ensuring customer follow-up at all times are professional and on time
10. Follow agreed Company/Customer procedures and guidelines, to resolve potential complaints, suggesting solutions and driving positive business and customer outcomes
11. To resolve customers’ inquiries with the appropriate departments across UCC to ensure their enquiry is dealt with quickly and efficiently
12. Assist and support sales, production, and supply chain in handling adhoc customer needs and requests professionally and timely
13. Manage the Sales Coordinator Inbox with Central Coordinators for OOHI
The Person:
14. Great customer service skills-face to face and telephone experience
15. Ambitious, achievement orientated and ability to use own initiative
16. Able to deal with technical product information and prioritise workload
17. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
18. Confident user of Microsoft office and business systems
19. Enjoys being part of a small and proactive team
20. Able to persuade, influence and negotiate professionally and effectively
Salary : up to £24,600 + Quarterly bonus + 25 days holiday + Pension + EAP + Life Assurance + other Company benefits.
