The Role My client based to the North of Cambridge has a permanent requirement for a Warehouse Supervisor. You will be overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and leading a small team of warehouse operatives to ensure smooth workflow and efficient processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience in a warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products. Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy. Coordinate with other departments to fulfil orders accurately and on time. Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance and safety. Implement and enforce warehouse procedures Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
