* Location: Harrow
* Salary: £37,220 - £41,810 (depending on experience) + £1,500 guaranteed bonus in your first year
* Hours: You will average 40 hours per week (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays)
What you’ll be doing
As a Water Supply Pipe Engineer, you’ll work in customers’ homes carrying out repairs and maintenance on water supply systems.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Diagnosing and repairing leaks on water mains
* Laying and replacing pipework
* Excavation and reinstatement work where required
* Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service
* Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care
This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.

About You
What we’re looking for
* Experience working on water mains (repairs, installation, leak detection)
* Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 penalty points)
* Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
* A positive, proactive approach to your work
* Strong customer service skills
Training & Support
We’ll set you up for success from day one with a structured onboarding programme:
* Week 1: Classroom-based induction Monday to Friday at our Walsall Head Office
* Week 2: On-the-job training alongside an experienced HomeServe WSP Engineer
(Where required, we will pay for your accommodation and meal allowance for your induction).
