As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will play a crucial part of the commercial team working on a range of building frames and complex structures across a range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, MoD, Leisure, Infrastructure, Residential and retail, with projects typically ranging from £2m - £10m. The role of Senior Quantity Surveyor: Manage and oversee all cost management aspects of the project, from inception to completion. Prepare, analyse, and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender / pre construction documentation. Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic advice to minimise project risks. Monitor project progress, prepare valuations, and handle interim and final accounts. Lead and mentor a team of quantity surveyors, ensuring high-quality delivery and professional development. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
