The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity exists in our global K&E function for an experienced coordinator to support legal learning and expertise community coordination.

K&E's work and responsibilities go to the heart of Ashurst's 2027 strategy. Our specialists across the firm empower our legal teams with insights, skills and tools so that they can deliver exceptional client service across the globe. They:

1. equip our practice areas with high-quality research and thought leadership, and develop and maintain our legal knowledge and information resources;
2. enable our lawyers to achieve practice excellence through legal learning programmes and mentoring;
3. enhance our legal teams' work and client delivery by implementing next-generation tools and technologies, and by driving consistency in our legal documents and processes.

The Expertise & Legal Learning Coordinator for the EMEA region will help coordinate the delivery of two key areas of K&E's strategy:

4. Strengthening central coordination of expertise lawyers and enhancing the model for expertise administration across Ashurst.
5. A cross-practice legal learning programme, aimed at uplifting the capabilities of Ashurst lawyers across the EMEA region.

About you:

The successful candidate will have:

6. Prior relevant experience in a training coordination role in a law firm or professional services environment.
7. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including a demonstrated ability to communicate successfully with all levels of stakeholders.
8. Excellent project co-ordination and organisational skills.
9. Proactive, with a "can do" attitude.
10. Flexibility and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
