Identifies inefficiencies, collates data, analyses processes, and develops solutions to enhance functional efficiency and effectiveness. Leverages workflow automation platforms such as ServiceNow to streamline and digitize business processes. Accountabilities: Maps existing processes and assists in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies Collects and analyses data to identify root causes of process issues Researches and identifies best practices for process improvement and automation opportunities Own and drive Quality Management System (QMS) Prioritizes process improvement initiatives based on potential impact, feasibility, and importance/urgency Utilizes process mapping tools,, ServiceNow workflow automation, and data analysis tools Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented changes Develops training material and delivers training sessions for new process implementations Develops and maintains documentation of existing, new, and improved processes, including those automated via ServiceNow Ensure Regulatory and Standards compliance Collaborate across functions to improve Business Processes Define, monitor and report on Quality and CI Metrics Lead and support audit readiness and respond to internal and external audits Skills: ISO9001 Quality Management and desired ISO27001 Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous improvement. DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen, Kanban Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Understanding of E2E Business Processes Proven ability to analyze data. KPIs, Cost of poor quality and performance dashboards. Process mapping and analysis Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coaching and facilitation. Building strong collaborative and cross-functional working relationships Customer Focus Proficient in using process mapping tools and workflow automation platforms such as ServiceNow Knowledge & Experience: Understanding of business process mapping, basic data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies, tools and techniques Experience with ServiceNow or similar workflow automation platforms is highly desirable Quality Management Systems (QMS).
