IT Commercial Contract Manager / Procurement Specialist required for our leading customer based in Milton Keynes. A suitable candidate is required to oversee tender activities, ensuring effective coordination to avoid unauthorised spending within IT Operations and IT Governance & Security Teams & manage/maintain and portfolio of IT operations contracts.
Key Skills & Responsibilities;
Extensive background in IT contract management and knowledge of procurement processes and legal terms and conditions
Commercial and operational focus of IT service contracts
Ability to analyse and interpret commercial contracts, service-level agreements, and licensing terms.
Proven experience collaborating with IT operations teams and familiarity with application support frameworks.
Confident in overseeing multiple procurement exercises and tendering processes concurrently.
Oversee a portfolio of IT contracts (support, licensing, services).
Ensure compliance by reviewing SLAs, terms, and conditions.
Lead procurement and tender processes (6-7 tenders at a time).
Liaise with legal, procurement, and internal teams.
Support contract drafting and negotiation.
Track contract renewals, performance, and records
Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills across all levels within the business
