The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to engage with our customers across multiple channels, including telephone, email, social media, and Trustpilot.
We are looking for a candidate that will provide a consistently high level of service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers. The role requires exceptional written communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and strong interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and social media
- Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, and product information
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a professional tone
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, e-commerce) to resolve issues
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail or fashion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including weekends or peak retail periods
