Practice Based Accountant
Location: Upminister
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)

We are working on behalf of a long-established and highly regarded accountancy practice seeking a Qualified Accountant to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of VAT Returns
* Preparation of year-end Statutory Accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders, and Partnerships
* Supporting general accountancy functions as needed
Candidate Requirements:
* ACCA / AAT qualified (or equivalent)
* A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an accountancy practice is essential
* Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
* Strong understanding of financial processes and procedures
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
