Teaching Personnel are currently working with a specialist SEN school located near the Northwich who are looking for a part-time SEN Teaching Assistant. The school is committed to providing exceptional education and care for children with special educational needs and disabilities. The Role

* Opportunity to earn £90-£100 per day (dependent on experience)
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with a range of complex needs, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language difficulties, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities.
As a Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Work closely with classroom teachers and specialists to deliver tailored learning interventions.
* Support pupils with additional needs during lessons and break times to encourage positive social interaction.
* Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support plans.
* Use specialist strategies and resources to support communication, learning, and emotional regulation.
* Monitor and record pupil progress and contribute to regular reviews and planning meetings.
* Support the development of life skills and independence.
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
* Liaise with parents, carers, and external agencies where appropriate.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working with children with SEN in an educational setting.
* Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
* Demonstrates excellent understanding of different SEN needs and related teaching strategies.
* Patient, compassionate, and able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
* Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Is committed to ongoing professional development.
