We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key leader within our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant maintains high standards of food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Duties
* Supervise and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, food production, and customer service.
* Lead and motivate a team of culinary and service staff to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
* Develop and implement training programmes for new employees to uphold service excellence.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure efficient operations.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that reflect current trends in the hospitality industry.
* Maintain financial records, including budgets, forecasts, and reports on sales performance.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
* Knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices is essential.
* Familiarity with bartending operations is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* A commitment to upholding food safety standards and best practices within the restaurant setting.
* Previous experience in hotel or fine dining establishments is preferred.
