We are seeking an Associate Technical Consultant who will be instrumental in automating Professional Services projects and products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for technology. Key responsibilities include: Communicating effectively about automation updates and requirements within the Professional Services Department. Designing, creating, and implementing Professional Services automation tools. Creating and managing Automation Quality Documentation. Managing Change Control for automation tools. Evaluating the effectiveness of automation tools versus manual processes. Delivering training on new and updated tools to ensure proper use and understanding within the team. Collaborating with Ideagen’s Technical Services and Technology departments to enhance automation systems supporting Professional Services. Knowledge of why automation tools can add benefit, and an understanding of where they add complexity.
