As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with our main suppliers, expediting goods to meet customer requirements within KPI targets.
The role involves:
1. Managing stock line delivery to meet set lead times, identifying and resolving non-performance issues.
2. Managing special order deliveries and fast-tracking supply, resolving non-performance issues.
3. Reviewing top-selling lines reports to ensure 98% availability for popular items.
4. Developing relationships with key contacts and identifying the most efficient ways of working.
5. Expediting regularly, updating system information, and escalating long-term non-availability issues.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. Previous supply chain experience, ideally as a coordinator.
2. The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
3. Computer literacy.
