Location: Bromley (must live in or around the area)
Accountable to: Area Partner

* £50,000+ per year complete on-target earnings
* £25,000–£27,500 basic salary per year (dependent on experience)

Main Purpose of the Role
The Spicerhaart group provide the UK’s leading independent estate agency business. This partnership model gives you the freedom to build your career – your way with flexible working and the support of a local branch hub team.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage your own local estate agency business in Bromley
* Provide end‑to‑end service to customers from valuation to completion of sale
* Build and nurture local customer relationships
* Generate marketing, sales and customer service to grow your own customer base
Qualifications and Requirements
* Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK
* Passport or birth certificate (right to work evidence)
* Proof of address
* National Insurance number
