About the role
As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver technical solutions across complex projects from concept design through to full Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring projects meet budget and performance targets, while acting as a Technical or Design Authority to provide assurance across a range of assets.
Day-to-day responsibilities
* Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver project scope effectively.
* Oversee technical solutions and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Act as Technical/Design Authority, providing assurance and governance.
* Integrate multi-disciplinary tasks and work packages across the project lifecycle.
* Support estimating and planning for engineering scope from concept to completion.
Essential experience
* Proven experience managing engineering scope and leading teams.
* Strong background in project delivery across the full lifecycle, with an understanding of multi-disciplinary interfaces.
Qualifications
* Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering discipline or chartered status, with significant demonstrable experience.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance.
