Direct Medics is currently inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN) seeking rewarding opportunities within nursing and residential care homes across Northern Ireland.

Beaumont Care Homes
* Monday – Friday Days: £28.50 per hour
* Monday – Friday Nights & Saturday Days: £31.00 per hour
* Saturday Nights & Sunday Days: £33.50 per hour
* Sunday Nights: £36.00 per hour
* Bank Holiday Days: £38.50 per hour
* Bank Holiday Nights: £41.00 per hour
Umbrella Rates
* Monday – Friday Days: £33.50 per hour
* Monday – Friday Nights & Saturday Days: £36.00 per hour
* Saturday Nights & Sunday Days: £39.00 per hour
* Sunday Nights: £42.00 per hour
* Bank Holiday Days: £44.80 per hour
* Bank Holiday Nights: £47.80 per hour
Healthcare Ireland Care Homes
* Monday – Friday Days: £27.50 per hour
* Week Nights & Weekends: £31.00 per hour
Umbrella Rates
* Monday – Friday Days: £32.00 per hour
* Week Nights & Weekends: £36.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents.
* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and organisational policies.
* Monitor, assess, and accurately document residents' health conditions and care plans.
* Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and family members.
* Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and changing clinical needs.
* Maintain high standards of infection prevention, safeguarding, and clinical governance.
Requirements
* Valid Nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council).
* Minimum 12 months nursing experience within the UK.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
