This school strives to work with each individual student to improve them individually so promote mass improvements across the school. They are a “Good” school with aims to improve the school consistently. Students are given excellent support and provided the ability to learn knowing they are in a positive class environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide one‑on‑one and group support to students with behavioural difficulties
* Implement behavioural management strategies in collaboration with classroom teachers and support staff
* Foster positive relationships with students, offering guidance and encouragement
* Assist in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour plans
* Monitor and document student progress, communicating effectively with teachers and parents/guardians
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with students with behavioural needs preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
* Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
* A genuine passion for supporting students' social and emotional development
