Our client is a housing association, who manage and own 7,000 homes in rural and urban communities across the north of England.
This is a fixed-term appointment for 18 months that will lead the strategic and high priority projects, collaborating with colleagues to develop plans and drive delivery whilst managing key risks and issues in pursuit of delivery to time, cost and quality.
Your focus:
* Deliver a programme of business improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring each project is controlled and delivered within agreed cost, time, and quality parameters, and that forecasted quantified benefits (financial and other) are realised.
* Pro-actively develop and maintain effective working relationships with project sponsors, senior suppliers, senior users as well as project team members and stakeholders.
* Assist in the definition of project business cases, scope, and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for you to be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in these areas:
* Delivering business improvement projects, end to end
* Measuring the performance and outcomes of projects
* Leading, developing, and motivating staff
* Preparing and presenting progress reports and presentations
* Quantifying and measuring financial and non-financial benefits of projects.
